The most profound expression of Pinot Noir that we can imagine. The expression of a granitic, steep and poor soil in an alpine valley with lots of sun and wind. Fermentation and maceration for one year, ageing in wood and bottle for a total of three years.

The swallow represents the connection to the vineyard. The place is called the "Swallow's Nest".
