Grawü is the combination of our surnames GRAsselli & WÜrth. Our company is not just a winery, it is a family project that reflects the taste and beauty of this alpine territory in a simple and sincere way.

Dominic worked for many years as a cellar master in Bordeaux, Montalcino, Graubünden and the Marche region before moving to South Tyrol in 2010 to work as the manager of an organic winery. There, in 2011, he began the search for his own style, his own interpretation of the true taste of a grape variety, the soil and the very different climate within the region. This was followed by years of experimentation and understanding how to make long-lasting wines without additives. Finally, in 2017, Leila and Dominic found a cellar space to rent and realized their dream.

Today, Grawü in Cermes produces around 20,000 - 25,000 bottles of natural wine across three lines and remains at this size in order to understand the most important thing, namely the grapes or the "materia prima" in every detail, and to be able to interpret them individually year after year in order to reflect the beauty of South Tyrol and its mountains in every bottle.
