Riesling

Grown on granite and gneiss, steep terraces in one of the driest valleys in the Alps. Very ripe grapes give the wine substance, but also purity and minerality. Three days on the skins, very long spontaneous fermentation for 30 months in large acacia barrels and light secondary fermentation in the bottle. A wine as free and surprising as the wind in this valley.
