Solè brings warm summer sunshine to the table. The perfect combination of juiciness, structure and great drinking pleasure. Grown on a pergola on a warm, gravelly limestone soil. Two grape varieties, partially fermented on the skins, complement each other wonderfully and then mature for 12 months in large oak and acacia barrels.
