2. Visiting this website

The purposes are to provide the requested pages, prevent abuse and resolve faults. The legal basis for delivery arranged by GRAWÜ is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites (OpenAI) on Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and security providers receive the connection data necessary for technical delivery. Any platform sign-in is managed under the platform’s own responsibility. 3. Contacting us
If you send an email, telephone us or contact us on WhatsApp, we process the details you provide, including your name, contact details, message and wine preferences. These are used to answer your enquiry and, if requested, prepare an order. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or precontractual requests. Other correspondence is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in responding to your message.
Providing information is voluntary. Without a way to reply and the details needed for your request, we may be unable to respond or prepare an offer. Please do not send identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information through initial contact channels.
4. WhatsApp and email
This website uses WhatsApp only as a link. Reading the page does not load a WhatsApp widget or Meta Pixel embedded by GRAWÜ. Opening the link takes you away from this website to WhatsApp. The prefilled text contains only your selected enquiry; you decide whether to send it there. WhatsApp Ireland Limited also processes its own usage and connection data as part of its service. WhatsApp’s privacy policy applies. Email and telephone are available as alternatives.
Email links open your email application. This website has no server-side contact form or database of visitor messages.
5. Recipients and transfers
Enquiries are accessible to the people handling them and the communication and IT providers needed for that purpose. If you place an order, data needed to fulfil it may also be shared with logistics partners, payment providers, tax advisers or competent authorities. Subsequent order processing is not an automatic feature of this website.
Communication and hosting services may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their policies describe the relevant transfer mechanisms, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time for the future.
