Dominic Würth.
I am Dominic Würth. Wine has been part of my life for around twenty years: in hospitality, in the cellar and in the vineyard. In South Tyrol, together with Leila Grasselli, that journey became GRAWÜ: more than ten years of shared work, with our own identity and many people by our side.
Why I am taking this step.
With the Final Release, I am bringing this shared chapter to a considered close. I want to preserve my independence as a producer and give my work a new perspective. That takes space: in the cellar, financially and for new ideas. Sharing the wines that remain creates that space. Every bottle that reaches your table helps me take the next step.
The way forward with Naturhandwerk.
Naturhandwerk is taking shape as a shared platform for small, independent producers of wine and artisan food. I want to share my experience, develop my own wines under new names and produce together with others. Distribution, working with restaurants and hotels, tastings and sharing knowledge will also be part of it. We are building this structure step by step.
GRAWÜ remains part of my story. I carry its approach with me: working carefully, respecting origins and bringing people together. Thank you for being part of this journey.
