Terms

Updated: 2 November 2026

1. Seller and scope

GRAWU D. DOMINIC WUERTH, Via Raffein 8, 39010 Cermes/Tscherms (BZ), Italy, VAT ID IT02830150211, email info@grawu.wine. These terms apply to enquiries about GRAWÜ wine cases, winery visits and gift vouchers through the shop. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Enquiry, offer and contract

Putting items in the cart and sending the form is a non-binding enquiry. We personally check availability, the delivery address and, where relevant, the visit date. We then send an individual offer as a proforma with confirmed items, final price, delivery charges and payment details. A contract is formed only when you accept that offer; paying the proforma counts as acceptance. Enquiries are not accepted automatically as orders.

3. Prices, delivery charges and payment

The displayed consumer prices include applicable Italian VAT. Standard delivery of the Tasting case is included for mainland Italy; delivery to other EU countries adds €20 per enquiry. Standard EU delivery of other wine cases is included in their price. Delivery to Italian islands and countries outside the EU is quoted individually. The charges in the personal offer are decisive. Payment is by SEPA bank transfer after acceptance, to the account shown on the proforma. Please do not pay before our confirmation.

4. Delivery and availability

We deliver only to countries for which we personally confirm delivery. For available cases, delivery after payment takes up to five working days in Italy and up to ten working days in other EU countries. We state any variations and restrictions in the offer before the contract is formed. If a bottle is unavailable, we propose a change that becomes part of the contract only with your agreement. Wine is supplied to adults only; age may be checked on delivery.

5. Winery visits and vouchers

A visit costs €30 per person, lasts approximately two hours and includes a cellar tour and a tasting of at least six wines. We agree the date individually; it is fixed only after our confirmation. A voucher specifies the agreed experience and the recipient. A preview is not yet a valid voucher. Redemption follows the confirmed offer and appointment availability. Statutory rights in case of non-performance remain unaffected.

6. Withdrawal

The period, procedure, return costs and model statement are set out in our withdrawal notice. For goods, the consumer bears the direct cost of returning them. Statutory exceptions remain possible, particularly for leisure services on a fixed date.

7. Defects and contact

Statutory conformity rights apply. Please report transport damage promptly to info@grawu.wine; your statutory rights do not depend on such a report. You can also send questions or complaints to this address.
