Withdrawal
Updated: 2 November 2026
Consumer right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from a distance contract for wine cases within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins when you or a person you nominate, other than the carrier, receives the goods. If goods are delivered separately, it begins on receipt of the last item. For services it generally begins when the contract is formed. A winery visit booked for a fixed date may fall within the statutory exception for leisure services on a specified date; we explain this in the individual offer. Voucher rights depend on the agreed service and applicable law.
How to withdraw
Send an unambiguous statement by email to info@grawu.wine or by post to GRAWU D. DOMINIC WUERTH, Via Raffein 8, 39010 Cermes (BZ), Italy. You may use the model below but do not have to. Sending your statement before the deadline is sufficient.
Effects of withdrawal
We refund all payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery we offered, without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement. We normally use the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed, without charging you fees. For goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive them back or you provide evidence of return, whichever is earlier. You must send or hand back the goods to the address above within 14 days of telling us you withdraw. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable for loss in value only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning.
